Now, I don’t mind paying a bit for some decent training and advice. But when I saw what was on offer at the Internet Success Bootcamp, I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t make Friday or Saturday, but I was chuffed to bits to get there on Sunday. There was a whole host of top speakers over the weekend including the Google Dominator Greg Cesar, Glenn Dietzel, Jason Baxevanidis, David Cavanagh, Armand Morin, Marlon Sanders, Kirt Christensen, Neil Stafford, Neil Travers, Nick James, Anik Singal, Len Thurmond, Bruce Safran, Carl Galletti, Frank Garon and the main man himself Mike Filsaime.

I met up with Tim Brocklehurst (creator of the brilliant MyViralSpiral) who was busy networking and making use of his “James Bond briefcase” - A carry around MyViralSpiral exhibition stand!

I just counted up, and it turns out I completed over 80 pages of a4 notes! And my writing is small!

A couple of presenters stood out for me. 

Greg Cesar set the place alight with his humourous and incredibly content rich presentation on Google Adwords and his Mindset techniques for finding a niche and finding cheap keywords. I’ve already implememnted a few ideas picked up here and have made a couple hundred quid (pounds) already (just 2 days later). He also does a pretty neat trick with a Rubic Cube!

But I guess it was Mike Filsaime who stole the show. Mike is hanging up his mike and will not be doing any more public speaking for at least a couple of years, so it was great to catch him at Internet Success Bootcamp, probably his last UK engagement. His whole rise to IM stardom has taken just a few short years, but the information he shared with us would have you think he’d been at this game all his life!
